In all honesty - I had no clue :) To me, Azure was always reference to Microsoft’s Cloud Product. Which is why it caught me by surprise!
According to Wikipedia - “Azure is the color between cyan and blue on the spectrum of visible light. It is often described as the color of the sky on a clear day. On the RGB color wheel, "azure" is defined as the color at 210 degrees, i.e., the hue halfway between blue and cyan.”.
And if you ask @Bidzonse on Twitter:
Funny enough, it’s only after reading her Tweet that I started realizing that, you know, there’s Azure Sea, Azure Coast, etc. So many Azures around me and yet it took me years to actually connect the dots :)
Did you know about this?
